Targeted relief

The Wayfarers Remedy

A grounding leg and foot treatment for runners, cyclists and active bodies.

A grounding treatment for hard-working legs and feet. Made with runners, cyclists and active bodies in mind, the Wayfarers Remedy uses focused, attentive massage through the calves, lower legs and feet to ease the tightness that builds from the miles you put in, and to leave you feeling lighter on your feet.

A rejuvenating hot compress warms and softens the feet and legs along the way, and the treatment finishes with a cooling balm to leave you refreshed and at ease.

Worked at a pressure that suits you and the day, it is a welcome pause after training, a long walk, or simply a lot of time on your feet. As with every treatment, we begin by checking in with how your body is feeling, so the session can be shaped around you.

A gentle consultation

Every session starts by checking in with how you are feeling, so the treatment fits the day.

Adapted to you

Pressure, pace and focus are tailored throughout. You can adjust or pause at any time.

A calm, private space

A quiet, candle-lit room at the Yoga Light Centre in the centre of Ruthin.
